Workshop Description:
Bill Coleman uses a methodology of movement that he has developed through his life as a dancer.  It is the accessing of an embodied cognitive state to explore movement and approach performance and technical practice. Allowing for a dancer a more embodied connection to both movement and performance. This work aims for a heightened awareness of the senses that induces both physical control and a freedom of movement, allowing participants to access new territories of physical exploration.
